Paracetamol 500 mg, phenylephrine HCl 10 mg

Indications/Uses

Relief of common cold & flu symptoms w/o drowsiness.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult & childn >12 yr 1 caplet tds. Childn 6-12 yr ½ caplet tds.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Patients w/ liver dysfunctions.

Special Precautions

HTN, glaucoma, diabetes, hyperthyroidism. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <2 yr.

Drug Interactions

HTN crisis can occur when phenylephrine is used concomitantly w/ MAOI antidepressant.
